A website called HomeSnacks recently did a study that showed that the richest city in Texas is right here in DFW. Among towns like Highland Village, Keller, and Heath, Southlake seems to be the best, as it is at the top of the list. Southlake is as rich and strange as Austin. It has 31,684 people living in it, and the median family income is an amazing $239,833. The average family income in the United States is just over a quarter of Southlake’s, or just over $70,000. This really helps you understand how rich this town is.
