1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DigiCreators ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the DigiCreators platform at digicreators.online (the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Register", or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If acting on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2 Description of Service
DigiCreators is an AI-powered ebook generation platform that allows users to:
- Generate ebook content using large language model AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude)
- Edit, format, and design ebooks through a web-based studio
- Export finished ebooks in PDF, ePub, and plain text formats
- Manage multiple ebook projects from a personal dashboard
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3 Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
To use DigiCreators, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected]
You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of automation or abuse.
One Account Per User
You may maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or restrictions is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
4 Credits, Plans & Payments
Credit System
DigiCreators operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate ebook content. The number of credits consumed depends on the length and complexity of the content requested.
- Free accounts receive an initial allotment of 300 credits
- Paid plan credits are refreshed monthly on your billing date
- Unused credits do not roll over between monthly cycles on subscription plans, except as otherwise stated
- Credit packs purchased separately do not expire
Subscription Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from your account dashboard at any time.
Refund Policy
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase prices for existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Taxes
Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.
5 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the ebook content generated through your use of DigiCreators. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the ebooks you create. You are free to sell, distribute, publish, or otherwise use your ebooks without restriction or royalty payments to us.
License to Us
By using the Service, you grant DigiCreators a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
DigiCreators Platform
The DigiCreators platform — including its design, codebase, templates, branding, and documentation — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without our written permission.
AI and Third-Party Models
Content is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. We make no warranties regarding the originality of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights before publishing or distributing it.
6 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use DigiCreators only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Content
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence
- Sexual content involving minors or non-consensual scenarios
- Content designed to defraud, mislead, or deceive end readers
- Deliberate disinformation, propaganda, or fake news publications
- Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or trade secrets
Prohibited Actions
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk generation using bots or scripts
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
- Sharing account credentials or reselling access to the platform
- Using the Service to train competing AI models
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or security measures
- Generating spam content or bulk SEO doorway pages
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.
7 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
DigiCreators uses AI to generate written content. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or hallucinated details. You are responsible for verifying factual claims before publishing.
- Originality is not guaranteed. AI models are trained on large datasets and may produce text that resembles existing works. We do not warrant that output is entirely original or free from inadvertent similarity to third-party works.
- Legal compliance is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, advertising, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Professional advice. Nothing generated by DigiCreators constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use generated content as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be available at all times or error-free
- Generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
9 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGICREATORS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
- Third-party claims related to content you publish using the Service
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
10 Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account closure, all your ebooks and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Active subscription credits are forfeited upon account closure; no refunds are issued for unused credits.
By Us
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Create legal or reputational risk for DigiCreators
Upon termination for cause, any outstanding balance is immediately due and no refund will be issued. Upon termination at our discretion for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid credits on a pro-rata basis.
Survival
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute must be brought individually; class-action lawsuits against DigiCreators are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date on this page
- Send an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Display a prominent notice in the app dashboard
If you continue to use DigiCreators after the effective date of revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
